Both procedures done at separate times. You will need to do some stretching to ensure no retraction after surgery. Personally I would not go for the lig cut, very little results to show for. Erection angle did not change much. I’m really going for the Flaccid change I don’t care too much about the Erection gain, everyone I’ve seen that has it, has had a improvement in Flaccid so I’m hopeful. Although you do not care about Erect gains, there aren't any Erect gains anyway, but it does affect the Erection angle.
