I’ve read a few conflicting things about this topic. Some lose length, some actually almost seem to gain length. What’s the general consensus about retaining original BPEL after PMMA?? Thanks! I lost maybe 1/4 Inch or so after Ellanse, but with some stretching, it came back after a couple of months. I spoke with Dr M at avanti today actually and she said that shortening is more of a ligament cut complication and that it shouldn’t happen with Girth enhancement (aside from people thinking that they are shorter because of the effect that widening the penis has on overall appearance.)
