 Could someone explain what stops HA from migrating to the underside of the penis once injected, if it is only injected just under the skin can it not move to the
underside where the urethra is located?

I am not well versed on the technical aspects of things, but from what I can understand, HA can definitely migrate a lot, especially during the first few days and weeks. That is why it's said to be so important to massage & mould it around your penis regularly and smoothen it out during that time.

From what I've heard, after that period it becomes a lot more stable and the migrating either stops or really really slows down. I think some people have reported fillers moving slightly more towards the base long term.
