Live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Gut health is probably the best thing you can do for it. Acquiring perfect gut health isn’t easy though, it’s quite difficult and you’d still probably swell a little. But there are other ways you can reduce inflammation. For example, someone who often drinks alcohol and less water would more likely swell more than someone who doesn’t drink and drinks plenty of water. Overall nutrition, anti inflammatory foods could play a role. Someone eating a lot of cheese and sausage would have more inflammation than someone who eats avocado and cauliflower. I’ve found that intense workouts greatly helps with moving the edema out of the penis. I have a love hate relationship with the swelling but mostly love. I love getting bigger for my partner but it does concern me having sex everyday. I’m not married so it’s less of a concern, I don’t meet with women everyday. And even if I did, we’d probably want to take breaks anyways because her vagina is sore from my Girth. I’ll often purposely get it swollen through masturbation before meeting someone. It hasn't presented me any notable issues with form or function of my penis, and I've had product in me for 10 years. Not saying I'd recommend trying to "force" the swelling, but I also wouldn't be alarmed either. This is a good thread for those looking for ways to reduce the swelling, however. I have used Ice to reduce the swelling and Ibuprofen too. I think you may be overthinking it. It's not implausible that you could swell after heavy sexual activity, and you could tell her as much if she wonders why you are thicker the next day (she isn't going to think you got penis enlargement in the 24-72 hours after your last sexual counter); besides, men can have variation in Erection quality, and this too can be used as an excuse. Like I've said before, trying to "hide something" invites scrutiny. Given that your situation is hardly flag-raising, I'd recommend dropping the ice & ibuprofen and embracing the new-found-size!
