Vaccines, just like many medications, have rare reactions and complications. Heck, the article itself states "Her Dermatologist, Dr. Elizabeth Grieshaber, says in Moderna vaccine studies, this happened to three out of 15,000 participants with filler." I'd personally be more concerned with the Coronavirus itself than what appears to be some swelling from a rare covid vaccine + Dermal Filler reaction.
