Generally unless you're high volume, it's quite firm. It's not like volume fillers such as HA. Some people even find it firmer than natural when Erect. We already have a small survey like that in the old forum with only PMMA. Result is: 50% said the same as before - and the other 50% = 25% less firm & 25% firmer. But the survey was **without** circumstances. I've yet to see any kind of scientific survey about the feel of PMMA (as in more than just self-reported--this is a self-selecting population on this forum).
