This was always a concern of mine, and while I haven't actually lost a satisfactory amount of fat pad (yet), I'm not so sure it will be a problem. This is because I had requested the base to be filled out the thickest (tapering down to the glans to help alleviate dwarfing); this had the added benefit of ensuring I don't have any "missing product" in an area after losing weight. Also, keep in mind that PMMA is a Dermal Filler and not a volume filler, and so no amount of fat lost will impact the "thickening of the skin" created by PMMA. I don’t have much there but I know when I cut up I’m at least 1/4 longer so that’ll be exposed. I would prefer to be bigger at the base but I don’t see how that fixes is if they still cannot inject product into an area that’s not exposed. Maybe 1/4 Inch isn’t something to worry about or maybe I should just cut up before I schedule.
