Just to give you a guys a glimpse of the problems I am having...Im only 4.25" BPEL and 4" e.g. I have a good amount of scrotal webbing and my penis retracts pretty bad. Im also uncut. I'm overweight and my wife of 10+ years just left me. I wasn't always overweight. I was pretty fit before I got married but after all the years of working long hours and stress I just let myself go. I have started working out again and started losing weight. I plan on getting back dating again but am insecure about how small I am. Im set on getting a scrotal webbing surgery and lig cut but would like to know if there is any doctor in the Pacific Northwest that any of you would recommend? I also plan on getting some form of filler just not sure which yet. Do you guys think it is possible for me to get to at least 5.5 BPEL and 5+ Erect Girth? You have modest goals and you seem to be on the right path (i.e. weight loss, scrotal webbing reduction, etc). I can't speak of any Pacific Northwest practitioners specifically for the procedures you've mentioned, but Dr. Solomon occasionally travels to Beverly Hills (Pacific) and performs that work; Dr. Carney is an excellent option for both scrotal & Ligamentolysis. I think your goals are definitely achievable, especially the Girth. Length may be more elusive but not out of the realm of possibility. You will at least get some newbie gains to feel more secure (expect up to 1/2" quickly, anything after that takes dedication). After that (or even with the newbie routine) you can try an all day stretcher or extender to help cement any gains and try to get more. There are so many different ways to go about it and some people have success with one method but not another. Just read a lot and get a routine and stick to it. Consistency is key! As far as Girth gains, I think you could easily achieve a 1"+ gain with fillers alone. That would probably require 2 sessions and a 3rd for touch ups. This is assuming PMMA or Ellanse. If you go HA or fat transfer, those gains will be temporary but could give you an idea of how your penis reacts to fillers. If you are uncut, you may run into more complications with fillers and may have to settle for a smaller increase in Girth. Good luck and ask questions!
