Has anyone considered using cavi-lipo to reduce their fat pad as opposed to liposuction? I have about a 1-1.5 Inch fat pad and would love to decrease it in order to make my penis look larger. Having a decent BPEL but a less than ideal el surely is not what I wanted! Any input? Wondering if it is just another procedure that really doesn't give results? Seems cavi-lipo is using cavitation wave therapy to break down the fat under the skin. Doesnt require any incisions and is supposed to be painless. Honestly almost sounds too good to be true which is why I posted here.
