I am planning on switching to the aftercare instructions from the doctors after 1 week: "- Continue wearing stretcher for up to four weeks, two weeks minimum. Use at least three times daily for approximately one hours with each wearing. DO NOT WEAR TO BED." ^This is far less intensive and doable to me (3x for 1 hour each time) For those that have gone through PMMA, do you recommend anything different? Do you recommend wearing it for longer? and for how long? Thanks!
