 Guys, I've been on the board for quite a while. Posted a few times, but never really had anything productive to add to the conversation. Until now.

A couple of months ago I started looking into the P-shot, or the Priapus shot. Most of you know what this is, I believe Dr C offers a version of this.

You can google it for additional info, but basically blood is taken, blood is spun out, and PRP (platelet rich plasma) is injected back into the penis.

I found a clinic in my state (western us) that does this, In addition, they also add in Stem Cells.

I have booked and cancelled with Dr C for PMMA twice. In the end, I just don't think I can bring myself to do it. This seemed like a way to dip my toe in the water of temporary type fillers and see what happened.

If you read on most of the clinics websites that offer this, it's really not a PE procedure. Supposed to help with minor ED, and other issues. BUT... they claim that something like 60% of men get a size increase from it. If you dig into the history of what the Dr says, he claims that the longer/bigger you are to start with, the better gains you will see. Not really fair but.. nonetheless.

Currently I'm 7.75 BPEL and 6.25 MSEG and I'm pretty happy with that. But is the Flaccid Girth and length that I want to increase.

So, made my appointment for 3 weeks ago and went in. In addition to the PRP and Stem Cells, I also got the Gainswave treatment. Ultrasound to increase blood flow. I was a little nervous, but it wasn't too bad. This Doc says he is doing at least one of these a day, sometimes up to 3 a day. They gave me some numbing cream.. seemed to work pretty good. Then the tech came in and did the Gainswave. Slightly weird feeling, like a really fast tiny jackhammer. But no pain.

After that was completed, the Doc came in and did the procedure. He gave me a couple of numbing shots a little above the pubic area, those stung a little, but nothing crazy. They gave me 5 shots in the shaft and one in the head. I think they said it was 60ML (I think that was right)

All told, took about an hour. They gave me a Penis Pump, and showed me how to use it. It was a 2 Inch x 9 Inch pump. He told me to pump 2 times a day for 10 minutes each, for a total of six weeks. He said after the swelling goes down, I'll lose a little size. But by week 3, it will start coming back.

I had some bruising at the injection spots for 4 days, then it was basically gone. And I gotta say.. man. This must been how people feel after getting PMMA. Totally looked like someone else's Cock. Had some "heft" to it. It was staying at a 6 Inch hang Flaccid and 5.5 Girth. I couldn't believe it. Started going down in size *slightly* on the 2 week mark. But as of today, just over 3 weeks, I can tell its gaining again.

I've already scheduled another one. Going to give it 3 rounds, and see what happens. But so far, so good.

Just thought this might help someone in the future looking to have this done.

 Awesome Dstern,
I was being sold the P-shot a year or so ago, by a place that does testosterone therapy. I wrote it off as probably not very great for size gains. But this makes me rethink that idea. I do PE, looked briefly at the Penuma implant, but like you, I feel a little safer with something non-permanent. P-shot/fat injection. My understanding was the P-shot was made up of stem cells taken from your blood. Did they add stem cells from someone else as well?

 So, they use the prp from your blood. But umbilical cord stem cells. Younger is better apparently. Its hard though. Like I would have no idea if
They added them or not you know?

But I’m going in for 5 treatments. Going to pump 2x10 min a day for the recommended 45 days. Time will tell, also considering ellenase with dr c as well.

 First of all: PRP IS NOT A STEM CELL. Second, the only REAL stem cells are Embryonic Stem Cells which has nothing in common with what supposed to be "stem cells" in these shady private clinics. What they call as "stem cells" is in fact SCAM. If you're getting so called "stem cells" from one of those shady practioners, well, you're fooled. The only real embryonic stem cells are taken from dead embryos. Only scientists and research teams have access to them. Period.

 Actually that’s not correct, embryonic stem cells can be taken from the umbilical cord’s of newborns and it’s perfectly legal and ethical.

I understand the confusion and how you might be able to make that mistake but you really should double check before you post false information. There are quite a few people that rely on information on the site to be accurate.

 Thanks for the response. It does seem like even if embryo stem cells were harvested from umbilical cords, which I have heard they are, penile enlargement and my local medspa would fall pretty far down the list of organizations able to buy them. Who knows, maybe they are from cows or pigs.

 I've had the prp shot, with the gains wave treatment. About 1 year...few months out. I will still say it's a waste of money till this day. Felt a bit of "heft" about a month or so since they did fill it with extra blood. But NO GAINS!! If it's not too late save ya money.

**dstern22** is correct.

Harvesting stem cells from the umbilical cord is considered far safer than harvesting the cells from embryos, because embryonic stem cells try to develop in to babies which can lead to tumour growth in patients. This is according to some researchers.

In Europe, a lot of this research is restricted due to tighter regulations. However, European scientists work with the olfactory stem cells (because this is legal) which can be found in the back of everyone's nose. This isn't very relevant to this discussion, but an interesting coincidence is that even before the previous century (before the West knew about stem cells) Yogi's often spoke of this region (where the olfactory stem cells are located) as one part of the body where initiates can channel certain powers ...I definitely won't get in to that subject here!

 Anyone else able to shed some light on this procedure, or have undergone some stem cell therapy, science feels like it should work, but could be yet another scam to help part us from our money, based in the UK and cant seem to find anyone thats offering both PRP and Stem cell therapy

 I've had the P shot. I would say save your money unless you are planning to get after a procedure.
