I had a Penuma implant placed in September of last year. I wasn't as long with the implant but definitely longer and thicker when Flaccid. The capsule around the Penuma implant would continuously fill with fluid (seroma). It was so full of fluid I would have it removed and there would be as much as 100-130ml removed each time it was drained. After much over-swelling and pain from the anchor point behind the glans, I had it removed in February. I've noticed that the dorsal ridge has remained much more tight and weaker than before and it is more upward-angled than before. I'm wondering if I am experiencing capsular contracture from the capsule surrounding the implant. It's far more painful to stretch I've tried to continue to stretch it with a Bathmate, manual stretching, and x4 extender. I can still get up to 7" but I'd like to regain the length I had before. Is there any known methods or solutions to regain? Is the capsular tissue reducing my ability to stretch and maintain length? #### Attachments: - ## Hello Gentlemen! I remember reading a post here on the board that described their situation after their implant Removal. It sounded eerily similar to my experience. The biggest thing has been the loss of length, upward curve, and the lack of elasticity after the implant was removed. It stretched but with a flexion in the opposite direction to your natural, dorsal, bend. I think this would be a great first step.Maybe combining with PRP injection. Let us know what you do.
