If you don't get as much as you want from round one go back for another round. It's much safer to have PMMA injected in layers, where your body gets to cover each round with collagen, rather than all at once, which can lead to an increased risk of complications. Everything is perfectly homogenous. Doesnt look good banning guys trying to express their amazing results for others to see and then being put down because of who administered it. I went from 4.2 Erect Girth to 5.2 Erect Girth and plan on another 60cc or dermal fat graft to hit 6.5inches. I actually gained 2inches flacid length as well. This forum began as people were so fed up with the likes of Chad Hedman and Dan Salas and the way they used their forum to promote Dr's who were consistently greatly damaging men. Now you seem to be complaining or think that it's odd that we won't allow them to promote their Dr's on the forum that was set up just to get away from them and their BS! Even if you think they are amazing and are thrilled with your result, surely you can see that it's perfectly reasonable for us to be opposed to any promotion of them or the Dr's they work with? They've got their own forum and people are free to see their work over there, if they believe it's a trustworthy source. You seem to think you are making some sort of revelation by saying we are anti SLE, when we actually have a sticky thread making it very clear that we are anti SLE. Our long term members are fully aware of the history of this forum and how it came into being, so fully support the ban on SLE. In the presence of a high volume of filler, some of the product is left untouched in the center creating cysts; they are prone to infection or can drain spontaneously creating fistulae. 4) A new coat of filler can be safely added only after the previous coat fully organizes. The usual time between sessions is six weeks. 5) Multiple sessions not only offer a much safer implant, but also the possibility of corrections after irregularities left by previous injections. The idea of multiple sessions for the only purpose of profit is wrong, at least in my practice, where safety goes first. As a physician that was formally trained by both the inventor of PMMA (as a filler) and the developer of the bioplasty technique (as a grafting method), I know first hand that the use of vast amounts of PMMA in one session is very unsafe and risks penile Necrosis amongst other complications. I arrived at a hospital that definitely didn’t have a good appeal to it and greeted by a very sketchy /nervous Dan Salas. I should have left and taken a loss in the initial deposit they require before booking appointment of 4200 dollars. He put me in a room had them start iv and immediately asked for the remaining money 2k for balance, everything in me told me to get up and walk out but I didn’t, They injected me with a sedative and put me on opt table, I remember asking what this large brown bottle was with Dan Salas picture on it was-he replied if that’s our PMMA , once again if I would have known better and done more in depth research I would have known PMMA/ linnea safe comes in 1cc syringe. I also saw this massive syringe with 6 Inch 18 gauge needle on table. Then I blacked out , woke up in a recovery room with driver telling me when I was ok to get up he chauffeur me back. I never saw Dan Salas again -no consultation for after care nothing.. The driver told me not to have sex for a month and that’s it.... All I could think is what the fuck did I do to myself.. Long story short I got to my hotel and removed bandages and I saw a massive inject hole on my Foreskin with stitches , my Dick felt almost like it was full of water, also my ball sack was really full of fluid. I retracted extremely bad after, which in a sense saved my unit. I started massaging wrong way as I didn’t know how to do it and actually pushed all the shit he pumped in me to my ball sack When I got home from travel next day I was petrified I ruined my Dick and had something put in me that wasn’t PMMA. Dan never called me until I called him 15 times. He told me he gave me aftercare instructions while I was under the sedative lol I have a hate for SLE like no other.. Dan tried to talk me In to spending 8k on follow up to correct. I literally told him if I ever see him I’d break his fucking legs. Moving on I waited 4 weeks and called Avanti Derma , spoke with Ian Garcia told him exactly what I had been through and was looking for options. He asked me to foward pics of all sorts to show Dr Cassavantes to make sure they could help. Ian had told me not even a week before I called another gentleman had called and had 80 cc of some concoction from SLE and after reviewing his pics it was so botched they couldn’t help... Ian called me 20 minutes later and made me aware they could help me and suggested a full round and a in person examination before just in case. I went 2 weeks later they examined me and made me aware they put silicone in my shaft and all product went into my sack. Ian, Diane and Dr Morales are absolutely amazing, They walked me through every dang step through the procedure. They made me feel comfortable and the clinic is top notch and extremely clean. I received 25ccs of linnea safe my first round, was told everything one needs to know about aftercare etc. I had a follow up appointment the next day and was taken back to San Diego the next day from there great car service. I truly love and respect Ian , Dr Morales and Diana at Avanti Derma they changed my life for the better and helped me through a situation I wish on no one. Since then I had my second round which was the Utmost package received 23ccs , phallotox, Prp, light treatment etc. I just went down this last month March 9th 2020 for my 3rd round and received another utmost round and got 18ccs to preserve aesthetics . All my encounters with them are amazing and recommend Avanti Derma to all who want true professionals working on something that’s as important as your penis is. They will exceed all your expectations and then some. My final stats after 3rd round Flaccid Girth : 6 inches Flaccid length: 5 inches Erect Girth:6.4 to 6.5 inches mid shaft Base Erect Girth 6..8 Erect length 7 Please don’t risk going to SLE-Dan Salas is total fraud and his sales guy JJ is a con man ....
