If you decide to see him, please be sure to share your findings/experiences ![:)](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/8.png ":)") I still have my reservations about Bellafill being an optimal penile filler because of its bovine carrier (takes longer to absorb, thus potentially posing aesthetic concerns). That isn't to say it can't work (especially in smaller volumes), but I think we need more patient progress reporting on the matter. I do have a Clinic who's promoting their unique technique & approach by injecting small volume of Bellafill (which I think is the way to go if you're going the bovine-carrier route) and then layering it with a fat transfer weeks after. They aren't a Sponsor (yet) but I am open to having Clinics that employ safer methods post on the Doctor's Forum and let the Community decide through patient experience and feedback. For my own penis, location and cost were low on my list of factors. I was willing to wait however long to go where I felt I had the best chance of getting the best outcome. Personally, from what I've read over time, I would tend to feel that Bellafill isn't likely the best PMMA variant for this specific purpose. Although I would assume that in the hands of an experienced person and with the right aftercare, if you have no issues with the carrier, you could likely still get good results. Also come to terms with spending some real time scouring here and the web, and set your expectations at a realistic level should you decide to do something, and be patient after. Try to get in touch with other patients as well from where ever you go. Ask pointed questions and if you don't get answers you're comfortable with, move on.
