Yes, it’s placed around the circumference. I will be working out of NYC starting in late December or January. The process is still developing. A trip to Toronto, however, may be worth it since the USD is so strong and filler is less expensive in Canada. I had a patient fly up from NJ recently. Airfare and accommodations were similar to 1-2 syringes of filler. Something to consider.

I can also vouche for having had an excellent experience here. May be really worth the trip with how atrocious our dollar strength is right now.

We are lacking in more permanent or semi-permanent options down here. Ugh

Will you be using your blended filler at the new office? I know later next year there is a chance that HArmonyCA will potentially be on the market in the US. Do you know how similar it'll be to your blend?

How long does Radiesse last for? Do you also do PMMA or the permanent. options?

My secret sauce has gone through various blends and I’m happy with my current recipe. I don’t know how it will compare to premixed products.

I would like to use my blend in NYC. It’s just a matter of my work partner being able to purchase product at the best prices.

I’ve had 3 patients return after 32mos. All 3 were still bigger than their baseline. Not everyone will last that long but chances are you will return to top it up long before the product breaks down completely. My patients find it addictive.

I don’t work with permanent products. Often they can lead to permanent problems. I’m not a surgeon so I can’t fix whatever mess could develop.
