I was thinking of using them but then I heard they are not a good place to go to ? Is PMMA , and dermal graft the only really permanent ways to keep the Girth procedure? What about adding length ? Is cutting the ligament and releasing it the only way to add length? I have heard after you have you ligament cut if you use stretching devices and weight training you can slowly gain length over time? And it creates scar tissue so the ligament can not reattach or suck back in ? What if that area got cororized so there was no chance of the ligament attaching itself again or sucking back in ? I am sure it takes time with stretching and weights to add gains in length?
