## Non-Surgical Girth Procedures

More popularly known as girth enhancement, non-surgical girth phalloplasty involves the use of injectable fillers to increase the width and circumference of the penile shaft. Typically, a patient will need 1-to-3 days of recovery, and can resume activity in 7-to-14 days. Popular fillers include Hyaluronic Acid (HA), PMMA, and Ellanse.

Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring substance that helps keep skin plump and hydrated. HA fillers are typically soft and gel-like. Results are temporary, lasting 12 to 18 months. Pros: Best Safety Profile, reversible, instant girth. Cons: Non-permanency requiring future top-offs.

Ellansé works by stimulating your body to produce collagen. The results last 2–4 years. Pros: Creates firmer collagen for girth, long-lasting. Cons: Not available in the U.S. (FDA Approval pending as of March 2021).

PMMA is a synthetic, biocompatible substance that remains beneath the skin indefinitely. Pros: The only permanent injectable filler recommended by the PhalloBoards. Cons: Permanency can be an issue if a patient has an undesirable result, as it is difficult to reverse.

Renuva is a synthetic fat filler used to create volume. Pros: Non-surgical and doesn't require harvesting fat from the body. Cons: Results aren't as easily reversible as temporary fillers like HA.

Augmentation of the penile glans through dermal filler injections (typically HA). As of 2024, gains are often minimal and temporary due to anatomical challenges.

## Surgical Procedures

Also known as ligamentolysis, this involves severing the suspensory ligament to allow the penis to hang lower. Often coupled with a post-op stretching regimen.

A condition where excess scrotal skin attaches to the shaft. Can be corrected via reduction surgery to improve aesthetics and comfort.

Tissue grafts (typically human or animal) used to thicken the shaft. Popular brands include Surgimend, Alloderm, and Belladerm.

A surgical procedure that extracts fat from a donor site to be used as a filler injection for width and girth.

Extraction of fat from the pubic area (fat pad) to improve appearance and make flaccid/erect lengths appear longer.

## Protocol Enhancements

A manual exercise technique using a rhythmic motion to stimulate blood flow. Anecdotal evidence suggests gains, but it lacks medical validation and carries risk of injury.

Using a vacuum tube to temporarily increase size and firmness. Lack of medical validation; carries risk of injury without supervision.

A traction-based method using weights to induce tension for lengthening. Anecdotal gains only; potential for permanent injury.

Manual traction applied in various directions, often used as a warm-up. Lacks scientific validation.

An advanced technique using a constriction device at the base to retain blood flow. High risk for beginners.
